Renting this trailer was an excellent experience. Pick up and drop off was convienient. Mason was very helpful and took all the time I needed to review the operations of the trailer. I would rent this trailer again. Using the Outoorsy app was simple, it did take a full 7 days to get our deposit back.

Mason was awesome. I could tell from the very start that customer satisfaction was important to him. He let me facetime the RV make sure it would be something I would be interested in. He also was extremely nice and explained everything in detail.
