Gary was responsive to my many questions in advance of the trip, since this was my first time renting a trailer. The camper was nice, sizable, lots of features (compared to me as a tenter), with awning, table, chairs, bedding, kitchenware, cooking stove and microwave, good sized fridge etc. My experience began going sideways when Gary was late delivering the camper and we had to sit in our car since it was raining. It took a while to set up. Unfortunately there were mechanical difficulties with the battery not holding charge and so I had to keep running the generator to recharge it. The fridge would stop working as a result and would make noises as it failed. I was anxious always monitoring things and we would hardly turn lights on and did everything we could to preserve the battery, and not use the toilet, but to no avail. It was not relaxing. After two days Gary thought he’d identified the issue remotely, but that it would take a few days to get the part. Gary suggested we terminate the arrangement which was wise. However my six night vacation became two days. Although I will be refunded four nights I still have to pay the setup fees, insurance, and Outdoorsy fees which, spread over six nights was fine but for two nights my cost came to $400 a night and not at all relaxing. The gas can for the generator was empty so I left the park to fill it up since it seemed I’d be needing it a lot, another wasted hour. Gary did all he could to help out with the issue which I appreciate, but at the end of the day, my vacation camping experience was poor, cut short, and the cost did not provide the value I expected.

We had great experience with our trip as a first time renting a camper, comfortable rv it made our camping experience so enjoyable, Gary is easy to reach and he made sure our stay in his rv is good. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Had a great experience with gary, friendly always answered texted messages quick never felt like i was on my own. He even went out of his way to make things easier on my family as we had a long trip to make in the morning.
