Owner is nice enough and with in a business deal accomdating. Trailer is clean and in good condition. Beware nothing extra is supplied with the rental. No sheets, no dishes or pans for cooking (which most other rentals have included.) Beds are the hardest most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Doors all didn't latch easily or were stuck and hard to open. Trailer pulled easily and was good enough for 2 nights. Overall you get what you pay for.

Communication could’ve been a bit better. It was our first time ever renting an RV. We were told he was going to throw in the anti sway hitches for us. As we’re we’re leaving to pick up the RV he said he can’t include them as something was broken on it. Being our first time pulling an RV those would’ve been helpful. The location on the site is not the same location the owner provided me as I was on the way to get it. It’s only a minute off but this should’ve been told to us prior to departing for the RV. The return time on the site says midnight. The owner asked me the night before returning the RV what time it will be brought back and I told him before dark as of now. He then mentioned return time is 3pm. That was never communicated to us. He was absolutely fine with our return time after 3pm but again something that should’ve been communicated. You are able to connect to Bluetooth but I had to ask for the code as that wasn’t given. We also rented the generator which was absolutely not needed. I wish he would’ve been honest and tell us we most likely do not need as it’s an extra daily cost. He was kind enough to FaceTime with us and help explain how to hook up the rv to our car since he could not be there at the pickup time. Pics are exactly as it shows, pretty clean. Although the main bed has plastic all over as when you get it brand new, kind of annoying to sleep on. And there are no sheets pillows blankets etc. (maybe I should’ve known this but I assumed there was just as when you rent an Airbnb) no biggie I went and bought new. Overall nice RV and quick response time when I had questions.
