Jason was wonderful to work with. If I understood correctly, this was his first time renting. My confirmed reservation with another party was cancelled a week before my trip. Jason stepped up and Outdoorsy staff paid the difference in costs because of the cancellation. I would definitely consider rebooking with Outdoorsy and using Jason.
