walk thru with trailer went alright, Owner was unsure of how heating system worked - gas or electric, Starting system took time but did eventually start.When reached destination, was unable to get heating system to work. Tried for over two hours. As was in an area where there was no phone or internet service, I was forced to drive over 100 miles to contact oUTDOORSY and owner for suggestion. Neither was helpful. Call insurance company - had purchased option. Also not helpful, Ended up buying two space heaters which because of amperage limitation of trailer could only be used individually. Continued to working with heating system and was finally able to get working. Also found that had water leak in bathroom which required me to turn off water pump when not using taps. Required time to reheat water every time I needed hot water

We loved our experience in the Hideout. We stayed at a local campground so we didn't tow very far. It had just rhe right amount of room for the four of us. The light effects were neat while sitting out by the fire and the bed was like a cloud with the foam top. Thanks for the great memories!
