The rv is very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the rv very comfortable which were my main priorities. The host struggled with communication, to the point that I had to reach out to Outdoorsy in order to reach him. The awnings are broken, the outdoor cooktop is rusted to the point it is unusable, the door lock doesn’t work, and the stove operates on propane and the second tank had no propane. Unfortunately none of this was communicated until after it was delivered. We did have problems the first night and the host was very helpful and went out of his way to help.

We had an amazing time! The RV is brand new and so big! It fit all our family comfortably. It was so easy too because Steven delivered it, set it up & picked up it up. So enjoyable for us! Thank you!
