Excellent! Chris was very accommodating. I asked him if I could change the pickup time on Sunday afternoon from 4:00 to 2:00 and he mentioned that his family was using the trailer over the weekend but they would try to get it back and ready for us in time. I arrived 10 minutes late and they were scrambling to unload and prep the trailer but finished up and Chris started showing me the features of the trailer while the rest of the family finished unloading and preping. He provided an electrical adapter and a power drill to make lowering and raising the stabilizers that much easier. Chris made sure we got it appropriately hooked to my friends Yukon Denali which easily towed it from Albany to Foster Lake. It was "brand" new. I understand we were the first renters since they had used every weekend since purchasing it and I was the first request for mid-week.
