We had a wonderful trip!! The van has plenty of space and includes all the essentials. The owner was very friendly and always responded quickly to our questions.

Our family had a wonderful time with Nguyen’s campervan during our camping trip to Golden, BC. The RV was comfortable, clean, and perfect for spending quality time together. Nguyen was a great host — very responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience simple and stress-free. We really enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend this campervan to other families. Thank you, Nguyen!

Globalement très bien.
Le VR , n'était pas sécuritaire .
Nous sommes partis de calgary direction Fernie BC. En arrivant, j'ai vérifié les pneus pour constater qu'on aurait pus y laisser notre peau.
Nous sommes arrivés un vendredi soir, et nous avons eu un stress important avant de trouver un service de changement des pneus le samedi matin. Le propriétaire était très coopératif par contre et as payé la note sans problème.
Aussi, les freins avant ( disques) étaient croche et vibrait lors du freinage. Après avoir mentionné le fait a notre arrivée au propriétaire, il nous as mentionné qu'il était au courant et avait les pcs de rechange. Sauf qu'il nous as laissé partir en voyage quand même.
Le parbrise aussi était beaucoup fissuré.
Malgré tout c'était notre première expérience en VR et nous allons encore recourir, dans le futur a la location d'un autre.

We had an amazing time ! The van has everything you need and it was wonderful to drive around with everything we could possibly need along with us. Nguyen was an amazing and helpful host, he answered any questions we had along the way quickly and we learned a lot. Definitely would rent this amazing van from Nguyen again!

Nice camper van! A lot of things that will comfort your trip, like fridge, microwave, heating, airco. A good bed and spacious.

This was our first time renting RV and we really liked it. For group of 3 it was absolutely perfect place to stay. RV has all basic needs. The owner is very friendly he explained us how to use everything. During our stay he was answering our questions. He provided us everything what we need. We highly recommend it!

The bus had everything I could have needed! It had electricity, water, a microwave, a flushing toilet, water, electrical outlets, etc. The bed was comfortable enough, and it was nice being able to convert the table into a second bed just to have somewhere else in the bus to hang out, as well. The host was responsive, and thorough in explaining the ins and outs of the bus. The only thing I didn’t really like was that not all the windows were able to be covered up, or that there was no divide blocking off the sleeping area, which just made me feel a little uneasy, as I was a solo traveler, but other than that, it was great!

The host was the best ever. The experience with Outdorsy and the insurance company honestly was inadmissible. You pay 719$ of insurance for being abandoned for both companies. It took me 4 hours for getting any proper information and it took 6 hours for outdoorsy to take the situation into breakdown. Luckly the owner is an amazing person and at the end of the day came for the rescue and I was able to keep with my journey 12hours afterwards. It is clearly disapointing the deresponsabilization from both parties. Don't buy any insurance promoted by outdoorsy they are expensive and does not fullfil anything promised, above all the road mechanic that in Canada is not existant same goes for towing support as the insurance company had literally noone available in a major city imagine in the wild.
