1st and last time renting a camper. this experience was a nightmare to say the least. We pick up the camper and as the host is taking pictures, she is pulling out dirty towels. One of the blinkers didn't work, even after we paid for a new bulb to try to fix it. The license plates were expired. The camper was definitely not ready for us to pick up. The bed had dog hair all over the sheets. The toilet had poop stains in it that I had to clean. There was mice urine and poop on the outdoor rug and seen mouse poop in the camper. The camper smelled of urine the whole trip, even after me cleaning all surfaces. The smell was so bad that my daughter slept in the car the whole camping trip. Urine was leaking onto the ground at the camp site due to the pipe not being fixed correctly previously. Upon return of the camper, I asked for a partial refund due to the circumstances and paying almost $1000 to rent the camper, and I got nothing in return but an accusation of damaging the camper and all the hassle that goes with that. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE... and waste of money.

Andrea was a great host. She was immediate with any communication and easy to work with. Great trailer to rent for a small getaway. Would highly recommend for anyone else looking for an easy trailer experience.
