Communication with the host was very good. They delivered and set up the rv for us at Farragut State Park and picked up after . RV was clean and very well stocked with all the essentials. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Lots of blankets and towels provided. Very good experience for us

Serena and Trebor were great. They worked with us and was flexible with our pickup and drop-off times. They were friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and helped hook up and unhook the trailer. The trailer was in great shape and met our needs. I would recommend them to a friend.
