We had a fantastic time in the RV. It was clean, everything was operational and Mark was a very nice and communicated effectively all the nuances of operating the RV. One thing must be noted. When meeting and communicating with Mark, you get the feeling that you are not just renting a RV for a specific period of time, rather you are gaining a friend who genuinely cares about you and wants you to have the best time possible.

Overall great experience. Mark handled everything very professionally. He came down to our site and set the RV up early when he didn't have to. He communicated with us very well and was always a phone call away. RV was exactly what it was listed as. Everything worked properly with no issues. Thanks for a great time. We will be using you again next year.
