Simon was on time in both delivery and pick up, and he was very friendly. But he did not bring the actual RV that we rented and there were a lot of issues with the RV that he brought us. Slide out didn't work, burners on the stove were disconnected from the gas line, the toilet was plugged up with toilet paper and had to be pushed down (which indicates to me that it wasn't thoroughly cleaned), the toilet bowl had gaps so it wouldn't hold any water and fumes came into the rv, the drain pipe under the kitchen sink wasn't attached and caused water to leak into the kitchen. I understand that sometimes things happen and things don't always work properly. But this was a LOT!
To his credit, Simon called a repairman out and this technician handled most of the issues. This gentleman, Leo, was excellent and made sure everything he was aware of worked before he left. However, this process took about 3 hours and took time away from the time I could've spent with our friends that we were camping with. I have huge issue in the fact that Simon was not forthcoming about bringing the wrong RV, which he knew and didn't say anything until I told him this wasn't the RV we rented. He said we actually got a better deal because this one was 3' bigger than the one we had reserved. But bigger didn't equate to better. He never apologized but only made excuses for the issues, blaming previous renters and bumpy roads. He said that he did his best and I guess he did. The lack of integrity is my biggest issue and an apology would have gone a long way.

Overall great experience! The trailer was the perfect size for our trip, and interior was well maintained with easy to operate features. We did have one issue getting the slide out to open due to low battery, so make sure you start on full battery or have a way to jump start the battery and get slides to work. Also one stabilizer on the back side of trailer was non functional.

This will be a long review as I want to give the most accurate information. First, the trailer itself is very nice. In it it has several sleeping quarters and a bedroom. The interior is modern and sleek. There are many amenities in the trailer like 2 TVs, fireplace, coffee maker, etc. I love how the kitchen came complete with silverware, plate ware, pots and pans, and utensils. This way you can come in and cook. All the features were working like stove, 2 faucets, shower, radio that had speakers indoors and outdoors, and fridge. In all the space was functional, stylish, and very equipped. With that said, I have to admit the set up was a bit atrocious. It was a heat wave when we arrived and the trailer was set up with the air conditioning running. However, when we arrived, the unit reeked of sewage so badly that you could smell it from the outside. According to the neighboring campers and park official, the hose that was connected to the water line was spewing. It was wasting so much water that, a neighboring camper disconnected it. We were lucky enough to have a neighboring camper let us borrow another hose so that the water would not be leaking everywhere. Also, we are very lucky to have neighboring campers to help remove the sewage smell that backed into the trailer itself. It was overwhelming. The fridge door is broken and you have to lift it and pull it every time you opened it. It took a lot of strength to open the fridge door. Finally, Having been raised with an RV, I noticed the toilet paper was regular toilet paper and not biodegradable. The neighbor campers noticed this too as they helped us remove the sewage smell, knowing that this is not good for the system or the earth, the neighboring campers gave us some biodegradable toilet paper instead. In all, without the help neighboring campers, the trailer would have been atrocious. I highly suggest that whoever sets it up follows proper procedures, hosing requirements, and washers, and ensure that the sewage is properly attached so that the sewage smell does not fill the trailer. I included some pictures of dust and toilet paper, many of which the rolls were wet.
