Camping was a game changer with a
Pop up trailer. Pleasant experience with Roger and his wife. They are punctual, detailed, and made us feel comfortable. The trailer was in good shape and beds are comfortable. The heater inside was toasty all night. Inside the trailer is very spacious, can easily fit 6-7 people

Where do I start, Great experience all around. They put up with my wife's 10 million question prior to our trip. We had them deliver it. and they where there on time ( we were late ) they waited. Everything worked RV was filled with everything we needed and more. Very clean and no odors. Our son has pet allergies they promised us no pet's have been inside. And his allergies were fine. Pick-up time they were once again on time. Just an amazing experience. Don't know how they pull it off.

It was our first trip in an RV and it was great. Roger was very communicative before and during rental. Roger and wife showed us how everything worked and answered any questions we had. The trailer was clean and fully stocked all we had to bring was our linens and food. We would definitely rent from them again!

It was a pleasure renting from Roger and Jazmin! They were quick to reply to messages for the rental and to troubleshoot my issues, which ended up being a faulty power pedestal at the campsite, but since they had a battery powered lantern in the oup, it turned out ok. I had trouble hitching up for the return trip and since I was only 25 miles away, Roger was happy to come to me. Where else can you find such awesome customer service? I'm already looking forward to my next trip with their RV!

Roger and wife were a pleasure to work with. Arrived at location the couple showed me how to operate all trailer functions ensuring I knew how to operate prior to leaving. I filled out rental forms and pre-inspection forms. Returning trailer was quick, got my deposit 1 week later. The trailer is a bit off from the pics, wear and tear from rental use. However we really liked all the different functions of the trailer. Especially the double pop outs, rear access restroom door, rotating television, outdoor kitchen w/fridge, additional beach chairs, automatic awning, and plenty of cookware. If it were not for all the added fees from Outdoorsy, I would definitely rent this trailer again.

I had an amazing time staying in the Shadow Cruiser. Roger had delivered the trailer to my camp site and had it ready to go in about 15 to 20mins. Great trailer very clean, very nice and the air worked great. I will be contacting Roger to rent his trailer again, five star experience. Thank you very much Roger.

Roger & Jazmin were great to deal with. We weren't sure what to expect as this was our first time renting through Outdoorsy AND our first time pulling a trailer. Roger was a great teacher and gave my husband very thorough instructions. They have the process down pat. While Roger was showing my husband the ropes Jazmin and I were busy going through documents & signing. The only issue we had was the refrigerator kept making a clicking noise one night and we couldn't get it to stop. Roger was super quick to respond to my text even at almost 11pm. We got many compliments & inquiries on the camper while we were camping. Its the perfect size. It slept 5 of us comfortably. Would highly recommend Roger & Jazmin for your future camping adventure.

The trailer and the equipment inside are nice and clean. Everything works. Very clean. This was my first trailer experience (rented RVs in the past). Roger thoroughly went through everything to be sure I know how to tow and operate it safely. It's like a friend walking you through the process for the first time. Two thumbs up.

My family and I had an overall wonderful unforgettable experience on our trip to the Grand Canyon and renting the trailer made it that much easier. He and his wife were very kind, professional and very detail oriented. As a first time user of this app I highly recommend Roger. We will definitely rent from him again and recommend him highly.
