Adam was very helpful with our first RV trip and was readily available when we had questions along the way. One of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Highly recommended.

This rv was dirty when we went to check it out 2 days before rental day, with several things broken, like antenna, door hindges, pieces of rail hanging over bunk bed, and more which Adam said he would fix before departure and would turn fridge on, so we could pack our food and go, but he didn't, so resulted in half a day of rental lost on 06/20. All seats are torn with slits and very damaged and uncomfortable, which made the advertisement photos incorrect. This rv is very used, dusty and dirty by our standards. We even found a dirty woman underwear under front seat, when thoroughly cleaning out interior before return!!!! We did forget to clean front mirrors, so Adam decided to charge us the whole $150 cleaning fee which is for interior and exterior lack of cleaning, even though we returned the vehicle cleaner than received. Btw, he wasn't even there at pick-up and drop-off, another surprise, and didn't give us a test drive as highly recommended by Outdoorsy on contract, even though mentioned we were 1st time renters and this is a 32 ft long!! When asked before renting how he Covid cleans, we got NO response. After that we got more and more disappointing surprises, such as, a hard time emptying the tanks, which seem to never completely empty properly. The light in stove doesn't work, the tv antenna is broken, we couldn't operate the radio however times we all tried. The bedroom tv door is broken, so we couldn't use the storage behind it, and the furniture there was all scratched when picked rv up. We have dated photos we hope to attach here, as proofs. The AC worked but not ice cold, and since we were in AZ with 95-100 F, we had to all be in dinette area to feel it. Bunkbed and bedroom areas felt tens of degrees warmer. We bought a miles package from Adam who is very stingy on miles when you can find renters will give 200/day, we found 1 in our area with 400/day, one with 600/day and 1 with unlimited, all booked for our dates. We paid him for 1500 miles $350 extra, plus $30 for add-on fee from Outdoorsy, (beware) and now we are filing disputes with bank and Outdoorsy. Definitively a very bad experience, would not recommend renting from Adam. Very surprised since Adam is a business man, owner of a well-known small water park in Austin. What a disappointment to have done business with him and paid over $2,600 for 8 nights. Not worth it at all !! Will never rent from him again. This rv is NOT well kept. Thank God we all made it back, but sick and wondering if we got Covid from this rv. Will get tested tomorrow. Finally Adam lied to us on several occasions. When he wrote on Outdoorsy messages for example that he would not charged us the $33 in additional miles, since we already paid him $350 extra, but now after communication back and forth about the cleaning, which we did for 2 hours, he just sent us another message here saying he wants now to charge us those $33. What a dishonest man, don't you think? We tried to call him, sent to voice-mail, we texted several hours ago, no response. BEWARE. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN.

Adam was open and honest about the RV. He was available for questions throughout our entire trip. We will definitely be using his RV again in the future!
