As a senior first timer I will say I was so excited to go on this 3 night trip to Red Feather lakes! Bad luck with weather but I would say this is not a van for a senior lady…Very high bed, needing a step stool to get into both van and bed😁 all doors very difficult…front doors will slam back on you…side door needs so much strength and I could not open from inside! No heat for a cold rainy night…and no hot water….I enjoyed the drive and stayed one night before deciding to just take the loss and go home😰Spend a little extra and be more comfortable.

Kayla was amazing, responsive and helpful. The van was a dream and we had a blast. Never doubted the vans abilities on steep roads. Hardly used the starlink but still very nice to have! Thanks for helping us have the best trip!

I would absolutely recommend renting this van from Kayla. The van had everything I needed and more. It was an excellent option for my road trip. And Kayla was very wonderful and provided lots of info and answered any questions I had. This was my first time driving one of these vans and it was very easy to drive/handle. The only thing I would note is that the bed is up high so you are not able to fully sit up. But other than that everything was perfect. And it was great to be able to have a starlink as well. 10/10 would rent again!

Our experience with Kayla was fabulous! She was very friendly and kind, had great communication throughout our trip, and was available on call to help troubleshoot with a minor hiccup halfway through our trip. Highly recommend!
