After picking up the van, I immediately discovered that the registration and tags were expired. I returned the van right away and contacted Outdoorsy to report the issue.

Naomi and Ethan were super helpful. Van was as advertised and Ethan check up frequently to make sure all was well with me and the van as I was traveling alone. I will definitely rent again from these nice folks.
