Mark was timely and responsive on all requests prior to the reservation. RV was clean and ready to go. Mechanically it was was fully functional and traveled well on the highway. Awning was broken but was fully disclosed prior to the trip. Pulled down to Southern Utah from the Salt Lake Area with no problems. Great time in the outdoors exploring red rock canyons and different geology of Southern Utah's San Rafael swell, Grand escalante Region and Goblin Valley. Great family fun

I am a big believer in reviews and unfortunately I was Marks first renter, so I had no reviews to go by. What sold me on this RV was the upgraded mattress that it listed because my husband has troubles with his lower back. My family decided on a last minute, final camping trip to the Uintas. We normally rent from the Base because that is where my husband works, but they had no RV's available. So I went to Outdoorsy. After looking for nearby trailers I decided to click on the 2016 Dutchmen Aspen Trail, a newer trailer was appealing to me because of obvious reasons, less damage, cleaner etc. I contacted the owner and the trailer was available but he was going out of town and he wouldn't be around for us to pick up the day we needed it, he did bring the trailer to us, which was nice, but he was in a hurry. We really didn't do a walkaround but a few minor things. No paperwork was signed as far as the condition or prexisting damage. When I started looking at the trailer I noticed the hail damage all around it, he verified it was hail damage and he stated he didn't have insurance at the time of the hail damage so he didn't have it repaired. RED FLAG! I then noticed the broken and bent awning which was inoperable, (I wouldn't have rented it had I known). He confirmed it was broken while he was on a camping trip. Also noticed damage to right rear of trailer and pointed it out to the owner. To make a long story short, this turned out to be a nightmare. There were problems with the wiring to the lights, the owner told me to hit the left rear tail light if it went out. The trailer wasn't clean, on the outside and the bed sheet in the trailer was dirty, we pulled it off and used our own. There was also a broken shower head and a broken blind in the bedroom, as well as a valance that was laying above the bed. After the trip we made sure to clean it well we even pressure washed the outside of the trailer so it looked nice. We had it in back and in better in condition than when we rented it. The next day the owner claimed that we had caused damage to the handle, and his proof was our own picture. (The damage I am sure was there before) So our deposit was held and money taken out to pay for the damage we didn't do. Luckily we had taken photos of the other damage before we left, but he still tried to pin it on us. In a nutshell, don't rent this RV. By the way, I emailed and called Outdoorsy Claims, I never heard a word back from them, by phone call or email. I will never use them again. Terrible customer service. IF YOU RENT FROM OUTDOORSY, make the owner of the rv do a walkaround for existing damage, and take pics, and get signed documents for your protection. OUTDOORSY could have cared less about us.
