Phillip was such an Amazing host! This was our first time renting an RV for a trip. Phillip made everything so easy and welcoming that we are actually thinking of planning a second trip! Thank you so much Phillip! You are Awesome!

The trip was amazing, but the condition of the RV was not what we expected. There was mouse poop, the AC/Heater went out while driving through the desert so we had to use the generator and had to pay for extra gas to use that. There was NOTHING provided, not even a lighter to light the stove with. I have traveled in an RV before multiple times, and this one was incredibly loud to ride in. The only thing he showed us what to do was how to slide the sides open and closed, even after I asked him to walk me through how to use things. At pick up and drop off, he spent more time telling me about his personal life than showing me how the RV works, and checking things in.

Nice RV, the only thing that was bad is we blew a tire on the interstate and was delayed 2.5 hours. Roadside service was slow to arrive, but fixed the issue fairly fast.
