This was our first time renting so we didn’t know what to expect but the experience was not even close to great. Isabel was very helpful and accommodated to our time request, great communication, and everything was awesome with her but the RV itself was terrible.It wasn’t cleaned or dumped after previous use, the heater didn’t work (thankfully, there’s the fireplace that gave off some heat), there were crumbs on countertops, microwave was disgustingly dirty inside, fridge was dirty/sticky inside, we found condoms in the sheets, the water stood in the shower pan (we later learned that the tank was full and HAS NOT been dumped from previous use, it smelled like sewer/maneuver half of the time, and the toilet was leaking through the wall into the kitchen area. The RV looks like it’s in great condition on photos, but in reality, it really needs some fixing and make sure it’s CLEAN and EMPTIED before giving it to renters! Overall, it was a gross rent…
