Great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication with the host who was super responsive and accommodating when I needed some flexibility with drop off times. The van is fantastic. Brand new build with tons of amenities that all work as intended. The bed was more comfortable than I expected, and the AC delivers. Love the large desks. I never used the toilet or shower, but having them for emergencies offered some peace of mind.
This was definitely the largest camper van I've rented, but it was surprisingly easy to drive. The Sprinter has such a smooth ride, so apart from minding your length and height clearances, it feels like you're driving a regular car. The van isn't too wide, so even driving on narrow streets in downtown LA wasn't an issue.
5 stars all around. Would highly recommend.
