Our experience communicating with the Richards was super easy. They were kind and courteous, answered all of our questions before handing the key over to us.Our camping trip went great, we were very comfortable in the Sprinter, and were able to cook, and have a goodnight sleep.Overall the experience and our camping trip went great thanks to outdoorsy and Richard . Would definitely recommend them to anyone and can’t wait to rent it ourselves again.
