We reserved this RV because it was marked available on the website. I messaged the owner a few days later asking a question about the RV and only got a very short "not available" response. When asking more than once what he meant by that I received no response at all. We ended up texting him asking the same question and got the same "not available" response. We then asked what did he mean by that he said that the RV was not available. We advised him that the reservation had been confirmed on both his end and our end and that he needed to call Outdoorsy to fix that. He then said that he did not confirm the reservation. After many calls to Outdoorsy about this they said that my account would be reimbursed in full due to owner cancellation, however that was not the case. The cancellation was put in as though we canceled which called for a $25 reimbursement on our end and a credit on his end. After another call to Outdoorsy we finally received the full refund. I would not recommend this renter if you are planning anything with your family due to lack of communication and availability obviously.
