One of the most horrible experiences I have ever had renting a motorhome from someone. They claimed that the tanks were empty and the RV was ready to go. The black tank and gray tank were filled and the heating units did not work upon trying had to troubleshoot for 2 days and no troubleshooting booklet available.. Mariam stated to me that she trusted the prior renters' word that everything was taken care of and didn't check if the RV was ready. Causing me significant time lost and stress during my rental.. didn't fill out any of the forms before taking the rental and rushed me out of there due to claims of having to go to work. I video documented everything upon return the owner claims that the damage that was on the RV before receiving it had been caused by me despite me having video record of all damages prior and did not meet me for the return sent out a family member to return with a language barrier so I was not able to communicate anything. I would stay far away from this host. Immoral unethical and unjust practices as a business owner if that's what you want to call it I would go somewhere else. As a 7-year super host of Airbnb and also a Host of trailers and RVs, I would never treat my guests this way and would work to remedy any situations. Insurance fraud is a crime and theft is a sin. Be very wary
