The worst was that the trailer was filthy - we had food in the sink, mold in the fridge, and worst of all feces in the toilet. Hooking up the waste water there was still dirty waste water in the black tank! The trailer was a "self pick up" which was fine - would have been good to have an overview and run down of the trailer but we got it taken care of fine. It went back in much better shape than we picked it up.
