Well, it started out rough as I had to figure things out. Host should be with rv to explain and answer questions, but I figured things out by talking to host.Becky was very good and had patience with me.

Rented for 5days, but "camping package" items (tent, beach chairs) were missing. Mattress didn't fit, and car needed maintenance - didn't feel safe driving. Estressful experience. Not recommended.

We would love to have five stars but if we can’t get a hold of our guests, it’s really hard to make things smooth. We love our guest and do everything in our power to provide a great car at a very affordable rate :)

the communication with the host was the worst, she never answered directly to our questions, we also booked a pick up, but nobody was picking us up at the airport, and then our car was not ready!
also the airmattress didn‘t fit in the car, so you had to squeeze it in and was very uncomfortable to sleep in!
i wouldn‘t recommend this car!

Perfect stay and awesome van!!!! 10/10 experience!! Becca is super nice and she helped us with everything. She’s super fast replying, what made everything super easy.

Becky and her husband were great! The car was perfect for our little stay on Kauai and we felt we fitted right in. So generous to also add snorkels and a body board with the camping setup. Everything was functioning well and we had a great time. Would definitely book again!

What a fantastic vehicle that can take us around the island with everything we need to camp and adventure! It’s nice that the car helped us blend in and we felt like locals. Thank you for the surf board delivery.

El vehículo cumplió con su función, pero la recogida del vehículo fue complicada y no nos envió con antelación la zona de recogida del coche. En tres ocasiones el coche no arrancaba y tras llamar a la propietaria no la localizamos ni por llamada ni por outdoorsy. Alquilamos las tablas de surfboards y no se encontraban en el material, tras comunicárselo a la propietaria nos dijo que nos devolvería el dinero, estamos a la espera de si cumple con el plazo establecido. El material de acampar no estaba en buen estado y uno de los colchones estaba dañado. Por el resto ninguna objeción.

Car was great! Camping package wasn’t the best, air mattress had a small hole in it to begin with and there was no bedding just pillows.

We were grateful to find this car last minute! And we were very pleased to receive all of the camping gear free of charge for the week. However the car had mechanical issues and therefor was a bit stressful to drive, also the radio never worked, but the beautiful island of Kauai made it all ok.
