My wife and I had an incredible first-ever RV stay at Sun Outdoors - Ocean City, and Ryan made every bit of it special.Ryan and his family delivered the RV on time, handled the full setup, and gave us a thorough walkthrough of everything — all with a warm, professional attitude that immediately made us feel comfortable. The RV was beautifully stocked with plates, flatware, sleeping essentials, and outdoor cooking equipment (both propane and charcoal). Nothing was overlooked.As first-timers, we had follow-up questions about the AC and hot water, and Ryan was incredibly responsive — quick to reply by text and proactive enough to call and make sure everything was working perfectly. His support throughout the stay was top-notch.By day two, we went from RV rookies to feeling completely at home. That kind of experience doesn't happen without a host who truly cares. We would rent from Ryan again in a heartbeat — highly recommended!
