This was our first RV rental. Overall process was good. We were happy with the RV we picked. There were a few minor maintenance issues but apparently renters before us were a little rough on the RV and it was a quick turnaround. I was very happy with the owners communication with us.
I was NOT happy with Outdoorsy at all. They mis-advertised pricing and so rental cost us more than what we planned. This was a complaint that both we as renters and the owner are making with the website.
I would rent this RV again directly from owner but will not use Outdoorsy again.
