Amazing hosts! super easy to work with and extremely helpful. the unit was good, nothing fancy and exactly as described. got us up into the mountains and back home safely and soundly! Will rent again!

This was our first time renting an RV. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with, but unfortunately the RV had severe odor issues. Upon inspection, the freezer had a strong, lingering fish smell left behind (we assume) by previous renters. The host added an air freshener, but it did not resolve the issue, forcing us to refrain from using the freezer as much as possible.
Also, the bathroom had a heavy sewer odor. This was noted during the walkthrough. so the host added a bottle of toilet chemical additive, but the smell persisted throughout our stay. While we really appreciated how nice and understanding the host was, the pervasive smells made the living space uncomfortable, and we ended up packing up and heading home after just one night instead of our planned two. Because we shortened our trip and were disappointed with the odors, the host was kind enough to adjust our reservation and only charged us for the single night we stayed.
With better deep cleaning and black tank maintenance between renters, this would be a great rental, but the odor control fell short for our trip.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry the odors affected your stay. The black tank had been emptied prior to your rental, but unfortunately an odor was still present, and I completely understand how that impacted your experience. I’ve since addressed both the bathroom and freezer odors to prevent this from happening again. I was also happy to refund your unused night when you returned early. I truly appreciate your kind words about your experience with me as a host and wish your first RV trip had been a better one.

Erin and her husband were amazing hosts! They answered any and all questions so quickly and the RV was stocked with everything you could ask for. We would love to rent it again!!

We enjoyed this camper and hope to use it again for future camping trips! It was so comfortable and has all the amenities you could ask for. Erin was a great host and we appreciated the time she spent doing a thorough walkthrough of the camper upon pick-up. She was very responsive in all her communication with us and answering our questions prior to the trip.

This was our first RV experience and we LOVED it! Erin was super helpful, the RV was clean and she even had extra toilet paper for our 21 day journey. The cabinets were labeled so we weren’t searching for items. My kids (16 and almost 18) said the movie selection had all the classics. We now want an RV of our own!

Fantastic experience. The RV was a great fit for our family of four plus the dog, easy to drive and everything worked the way it should. It came stocked with way more than we expected, which made loading up simple. Erin was responsive and flexible. Smooth pickup and return. Would absolutely rent again. 5 star experience.

Owner has this all set up. Trip was fun without any technical challenges. Would definitely lease again.
