Overall the RV ran well and drove safely without issue. However many things within the RV did not work or are on the verge of breaking. None of the outlets worked when running the generator which means the microwave didn't work either. The AC was completely broken & only told about it when picking it up. Awning barely rolls out & in and is definitely on the verge of breaking soon. Propane tank was only filled half way, fridge went out half way thru our trip & we lost food. Don't bother paying for the extra bedding we received 3 small thin blankets even when I asked for extra because my partner gets cold. Literally had to use a towel as a blanket the whole trip. Only 2 mugs in the RV and both are cracked and chipped, about to break as well. These add ones are a joke and should be no more then $20 bucks each. I would NOT rent this RV again. It needs alot of work, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, you will have a much better experience renting a DIFFERENT RV.

Andriy’s RV was perfect for me a a buddy! was more than sufficient for what we were looking for. Andriy was instant at replying during the pickup and drop off. I would rent from him again. Thanks Andriy for making our early season trip a success.

We had a wonderful experience with this RV and with Andriy! The RV was in great shape (spacious and comfortable) and had everything we needed. Andriy was very responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating. Absolutely no issues at all!

Andre was helpful. The RV is old and tired and in need of repair and maintenance. There were times where we were worried about not making it to our destination. Comfort wise, the interior is not in good shape. None of the tank indicators worked. Probably would not have rented the unit if there were others available.

Good trailer for a family trip to Okanagan. Andriy was responsive to questions and delivery and pick up was on time and well coordinated prior to the time.

I don't uasly Wright reviews, especially bad ones but this story must be told to forwarn any future renters.

Thank you Stephen for taking the time to write this review. As I explained, it is hard to manage things when I am not present in Calgary.
This trailer was returned a day prior by a renter who was very happy with it and didn't indicate there were any problems. He was using it for 6 nights and told us he emptied the tanks.
Typically rentals start in afternoon and an early pick up is an extra add on that has extra cost to it. In your case, you didn't pay extra. Your pick up time was moved from 7am to 8am due to an unfortunate situation in someones life.
I am back now and will address all the issues.

The agreed to price on outdoorsy was not met. I wasted my time planning and booking this trailer. After the booking was approved and deposit taken, Andriy phoned me and told me the price was wrong and I should pay more privately through him. I asked for a refund and booked through an actual RV rental place in Penticton. The price from the RV rental place was less than Andriy's, the trailer is bigger and nicer. Most importantly I have a confirmed RV, with a set price - how business should be done. Please not my star review is based solely on overall rating, communication, value and listing accuracy. Having not stayed in it, I cannot confirm mechanical and cleanliness.

It’s was good for our first time renting a travel trailer. We will rent a newer unit next time if available.
