We recently rented an RV from Jonathan for our family trip, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautiful the RV was. It provided the perfect setting for our memorable journey.

Overall the pick-up went smoothly. The owner took time explaining all of the do's and don'ts, showed me how everything worked, and even had me do a test drive to explain how the RV drove. I did a quick look around and took pictures of the existing damage and everything seemed to be okay. It wasn't until we started to pack our stuff for the trip that we discovered that the unit was filthy. The sheets were dirty and stained. The drawers were filled with crumbs and debris. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned. Floors weren't swept or mopped. The trash can had old trash and food stuck in it. The items that were left in the cabinets and drawers (cutting board, toothbrush holder, utensils, etc.) were dirty, stained, and gross. I submitted pictures on the Outdoorsy app while we cleaned up prior to the trip, but the owner said that he never saw them. When I explained to him that his RV wasn't properly cleaned, he became defensive and argumentative, even after I provided him with the pictures. Definitely would not rent this RV again.

Jonathan was great, very responsive and communicative. Was very thorough with the vehicle orientation. RV had some wear and tear inside but was overall very clean.
