About Brice's RV rentals

I have 2 really nice Travel Trailers in my fleet. One is a 2016 30' Jayco Jayflight and the other is a 2019 Keystone Springdale. I just started renting my trailers in 2019 and I've been very, very busy. They are available for pick up/drop off or round trip delivery (within 70 miles of Reno). My trailers are: pet friendly and NON-Smoking newer great working condition clean spacious and comfortable moderately priced Who rents my trailers? - Responsible families - Fisherman - Hunters - Campers - RV product sales professionals (used for product demonstration) Here's a few examples of where my trailer has been this year. - Pyramid Lake - Lake Tahoe campgrounds - Truckee area campgrounds - Sand Mountain - Out of area road trips to Arizona, Oregon, California - Youth Sports tournaments - Music Festivals - Reno Air Races - Walker River - State & National Parks

My husband and I recently rented this trailer from Brice, and unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations. While the booking process was straightforward and he was more than polite upon pick-up and drop-off, there were a few issues that affected the overall rental.

We had a fantastic time camping in this 2016 travel trailer! The rental process was smooth, with the trailer arriving right on schedule. It was fully stocked with water, a charged battery, and propane.

Brice provided a clean RV in nice shape, at a fair price, and was prompt with delivery and pickup. Zero issues, and flexible. He made it simple for me. I would rent an RV from Brice again, for sure!

Brice was great - very responsive with texts, etc... The RV had multiple issues. Screen door was not fully functional, heat was inoperable (Brice did have a space heater which saved the day), hot water did not work long enough to take a quick shower, broken shelves, minimal supplies, etc... It needs minor repairing, then should be ok.
