The owner was nice on the phone. The RV was good for driving and the beds were comfortable. There were a lot of issues with the RV. The toilet lever broke the first day causing a sewage backup. The renters before us never cleaned out the black tank. I spent 4 hours trying to fix the broken toilet myself and now I have some kind of intestinal infection. The water pump failed during the night, and kept tripping the circuit and resetting.
All in all at least I know I will never buy a Nexus Phantom. I was hoping to at least get a partial refund. I spent 2 hours cleaning and sanitizing it and was still charged a $75 cleaning fee and a random $100 fee with no explanation.
As for Outdoorsy, I would be very careful. You cannot submit the form for rental approval until you pay and once you pay, you only get 50% back even if the owner never contacts you. Terrible policies, terrible service, and terrible vehicle. Back to tent camping for us. 😞
I attached photos showing how we had to use a cup in the toilet. The others are how Clean I left it. Would you charge $75 for that?

The Shkurinskiy's 2018 Nexus Phantom packs a lot into a small package. It is an attractive, modern Class C, with a huge slide-out that gives it space for a queen size bed with space left for the dinette, kitchen, bathroom, and storage. The unit has a gasoline powered generator (that runs from the main gas tank), an inverter (which worked well), a three burner gas stove with oven, and gas/electric refrigerator. Mrs. Shkurinskiy gave us a complete tour and overview of the interior (aided by charming twin daughters). Bogdan went over the mechanics, the exterior compartments, and the details of the hookups.
The unit drives comfortably. Our camping experience is lots of fifth-wheel towing and camping, and the transition was easy. The Ford has plenty of power for hills. Though the weather was quite warm, the engine temperature never budged above mid-range while on hills. The unit was adequately stocked, though we wished for a broom. Bogdan communicated well and was usually very responsive to emails. We dry camped for 3 days, running out of water in the freshwater tank the last night. This would be usual for us, since we're not good with the water conservation needed to dry camp. This unit will sleep a lot of people, though my wife and I did this as just a duo.

We needed to get Don's 99 year old mom from AZ so she would not travel by plane. It worked out well for her to have a bathroom on board. Bogdan was a great help when we called because we had no class C motor home experience. We had trouble remembering all the buttons and if the tanks were full or not so a book explaining the control panels would be helpful. We greatly appreciated getting to rent the motor home and all the help from the owners to get Don's mom back to Washington.

We had a fantastic trip touring the Redwood National Forest in this RV! Our teenages had so much fun and even our dog had a blast! The owners were so great and responding quickly when we had questions. Definitely recommend.

We rented this RV to travel through Yellowstone and The Grand Tetons. It was great. The owners are wonderful people and the RV is NEW. Very well cared for and they have it fully stocked! I didn't have to bring anything. Very nice to get in and go. They even bought us a bag of our favorite coffee. All Rv's have their little quarks-don't expect anything to be perfect. Run's perfectly and got great gas mileage too.
