A wild ride from start to finish. Richard is the perfect host, accepting and so helpful in getting someone on the road in Georgie Boy. The vibe is immaculate, the personality is big, and it got us cross-country and back with minimal issue. 10/10, would ride again.

Richard was great to work with. The unit is older than units we’ve rented in the past, but boy did it run! It’s clean, well maintained, and as stated, Richard was great!

This was the perfect home away from home for our group while attending a music festival over my birthday! Although we encountered a couple of hiccups with the generator, Richard was incredibly responsive and so helpful and we were able to get everything figured out promptly. Richard answered our late night phone calls and was able to walk us through everything. It was a wonderful learning experience for us and a comfortable space to stay in. Beautiful, clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and fun and easy to drive. Thank you so much!

What a great way to have a home away from home! We used the fridge and microwave and comfy beds extensively! Rick was a pleasure to work with and helped patiently explain the rig and systems. Love it!

We had a great first time RV renting experience. The entire experience was very positive even with a fairly significant hiccup (blew a tire). Richard was amazing and immediately helpful throughout the entire trip (even silly questions about things he showed us and we should've known). I had never driven an RV before, but it was very comfortable and dependable. Richard also has pretty much everything you could need in the RV (games, chairs, grill, etc...) which was great as well. I would definitely rent this RV again.

This is an older vehicle and shows some wear and tear but we went from Chicago to Florida and Alabama and back. We experienced a serious issue with the transmission/ linkage but Richard found an RV facility to examine and repair the issue as a repair technician was quite far away. It was fixed quickly and Richard took care of the Bill.
As with any vehicle you rent or purchase please carefully go over all systems and mechanical items to make sure they are functioning correctly and if necessary, have them fixed/repaired before you hit the road! If an issue arises on the road make sure you inform Richard to see what options you have. As an experienced RVer I did some simple repair as it was easier than taking it to a shop which was easy with the fairly complete collection of tools packed in the RV.
During this difficult time of Covid please make sure that this or any RV is cleaned to your satisfaction when picking it up. I offered some suggestions to Richard on this point and he will review regarding implementation.

All around great trip - Richard is very helpful and responsive. Trip was easy to book, he was flexible with pick-up, and gave a great orientation to the rig when we picked it up. We had a couple of questions after we got going and he was quick to reply to those as well. It has a nice sized refrigerator, the shower is roomy, and the kitchen is well stocked with tools for cooks. He has also tricked out the stereo system with great speakers and an android nav system that has bluetooth - I was able to pair my phone and listen to our music as we cruised. Very spacious and comfortable, we will rent it again!

This was everything we hoped it would be! Richard was very communicative and there were no issues with the RV during our 28 day rental. I would definitely suggest Georgie Boy. I miss it already.

Richard is easy going and communicative. The RV is a blast to drive and the beds are all comfortable. The shower is bigger than I expected even after seeing the pictures. We had a huge and fantastic trip and drove through extreme heat and in and out of the Rockies. FUN.We had to repair a couple of things along the way- electric and water. I was glad to have brought my tool bag with me. Richard has a ton of tools and grills and chairs in the storage compartments, but I like to work with my familiar tools and had most of what I needed. Screwdrivers and wrenches and the like. Also the stairs were wonky - so we just dealt with it. Not a big deal- but just understand that the vehicle is 23 years old.The big thing about our experience is that Outdoorsy took 20 days to respond to a simple question which will come up for this rental every time. The vehicle is from 1997 so you need supplemental insurance. It’s just liability- so if your company covers that- you’re good. And you can also ask Richard if you can get onto his. My motorcycle policy (I’m currently carless) doesn’t extend to that and I called 5 third party insurers and none of them did that including Good Sam which is RV specific. The help at outdoorsy was not good, they had no idea what their own policy meant (it took two hour long conversations for them to say “you need supplemental liability coverage and they never said - here’s how you get it. They wouldn’t say it for legal reasons I expect, but it was infuriating and anxiety producing and a huge waste of time. It took 3 weeks for them to answer my call. So that SUCKED! I spent that time imagining what else I might do and how to break it to the kids. I found calling them at 5 am was the only way to get to a person that could ask their boss what to do. It was a simple problem made infinitely worse by bad and incomplete communication and terrible response time/ customer service. Outdoorsy would like to be friendly and helpful as a brand and to empower you to take a big adventure. They just don’t have the bandwidth or chops.
