So if I could give this experience zero stars I would. We picked up this RV to take our family on a two week road trip from Boston to Florida and back. From the first night, it was a nightmare. The camper had NO HEAT, HOT WATER, OR AC! I literally spent hours, on the phone with the Thor customer service, the owner's personal mechanic, the owners request of "campers world," and a remote RV mechanic. The owners refused to get if fixed by the remote mechanic and then proceeded to take our deposit for over milage fee. I honestly, can't even believe it. I would NEVER rent from this owner. They rented us a nonworking RV, and then refused to have it fixed. We ended up having to buy space heaters, and then having to stay in hotels (because it was so hot). And rather than do whatever he could to help us, he relaxed and enjoyed his vacation in Cancun (as he told us he was going) while we had to deal with an RV that he refused to fix. We learned the hard way.

What a wonderful couple to rent from. They were so easy to deal with. We would highly recommend them and are planning on letting our friends know who are thinking of an RV Trip in their near future. Thank you for making our 10 Trip enjoyable in your RV!

We had a great Trip using the RV, traveling to Provincetown and into the white mountains. The Rv looks and felt brand new! The ride was very comfortable. Loved the huge windshield, looking out and enjoying the beautiful foliage! We went with four adults and were comfortable for 4 days. It was easy to hook up water, sewar, cable, and power. Rachel was very accommodating and quick to responding.
