This was our first time renting a trailer of any kind, and our first time using this type of trailer. Ryan walked us through every step, so patiently and so thoughtfully. The trailer is awesome and spacious and comfortably accommodated my family of five, as well as extra family members during a big rain storm! Ryan even made himself available to us, during our trip, when we had questions regarding the trailer. We loved this trailer and are even thinking of buying one ourselves now! But, until then, will not hesitate to rent from Ryan again!
