What a nice experience! The pickup was delivered directly to the airport, right on time. We got everything explained and hit the road! Everyday, we opened and closed the camper in about 15 minutes max : it’s fast and easy! Thank you Jason, you were always ready to help!

The entire experience with Outdoorsy and with Jason was awesome! Outdoorsy is easy to use; easy to research campers, easy to schedule, easy to communicate. Jason stayed in constant communication with us from the initial request right through our final vacation day.

We are first time renters from both Droptop Campers and Outdoorsy...if you are thinking about renting-just stop thinking and do it!We had the best time on our recent camping/hiking vacation ( July 9-18, 2018) - made that much better because we had the 'Sierra' camper this time around. We are usually tent campers, this experience may change the way we camp in the future. Having some conveniences; e.g. fridge, mattress that doesn't deflate in the middle of the night, cooktop, pots/pans/utensils - was the right amount of perfect.We WILL rent from this particular vendor again simply because of their amazing customer service. Jason went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a good one. At initial inquiry, we sent an email via the website on a Sunday thinking we would get a call maybe on Monday...nope-Jason emailed within 20 minutes and called within the hour! Jason was super patient with all of our questions and ended up spending hours working through an issue on the Outdoorsy website to ensure our rental was covered. We met up with Jordan, who loaded up the camper and made sure all was secure before we hit the road. Both Jason and Jordan rock and more importantly care about their customers.

Jason and Clayton went out of their way to be helpful. We needed to pick up the camper outside their normal pickup time and they were able to accommodate us. The camper had nice, thoughtful touches such as coffee maker, pasta strainer, etc. Would rent again.

Jason and Clayton were great to rent from. They answered my questions before and during the trip, had all the gear to secure the camper, and threw in a lot of options like a hitch carrier for the back to make it work for our needs. Lots of little touches that we didn't expect, they aim to please. The Yosemite is biiig but easy to haul for a full-size truck. It had a surprising amount of storage and the solar with inverter provided plenty of juice to run the heater and charge a tablet. I ended up renting a truck from Enterprise Truck in Portland to put this on and it was a relatively inexpensive way for us to test out this combo and see if we liked it
