All around a great experience. Would definitely rent from him again. The RV was clean and as described in the pictures. The owner had great prep videos for me to watch and get myself aquatinted to the RV as it was my first time renting and driving one.

This is our first time RV experience, trying to get away during the COVID pandemic. We took our family to the sequoia national park, and Mr. Shi made our experience easy. He gave us a crash course in rving, and he's available for us even when we had questions or thought something was wrong. He assured us, and schooled us, and our trip was pretty seamless. His car was clean,well maintained and equipped with latest technology . I would definitely recommend renting from them, and would rent from them again in the future.
