This was our first RVing trip, and this was the perfect vehicle to start with. It handles well, was easy to drive, has a back up cam and cruise control. It also has a CD player, which we very much enjoyed. It was just my husband and I, so we had plenty of room. Bed was comfy.

Our first time with grands on an RV trip. We all absolutely loved our adventure!! Flew in from Oklahoma to Phoenix and traveled in RV to Williams to see Grand Canyon by train then to Flagstaff and back to Phoenix via Hwy 89a thru Sedona. RV accomadated our needs and we were very satisfied and the price of rental played a big part in choosing it. It was older but everything worked great and we had zero problems!!!

Plenty of room for 2 of us with 2 dogs. We couldn’t get the TV to work, but we were too tired anyway. Everything was in working order. The freezer actually freezes very well. Had I known, I would’ve brought ice cream. There was a slight issue with the trailer that we just fixed ourselves. No big deal. Rental agency was very communicative and very timely. They even tried to get us help with the app through customer support when we had issues with the ID verification process. Will rent again. Especially since our dogs are used to the layout. The A/C worked great except in the bedroom. That would be the only thing that I would change.

As always we had a great time! This was our 7th or 8th trip using Mark and Heather's rig, and each time they have delivered on every agreement. We wil be contacting them in the future!

Mark and Heather were great hosts! We flew into Phoenix from Georgia, so we purchased the pick-up add-on to and from Sky Harbor Airport. Mark accommodated our late flight in and our early flight out. He was punctual and stayed in constant communication with us. He taught us everything we needed to know to drive and run the RV. All his paperwork was ready and in proper order for us. He was friendly, funny, and informative. The RV was clean and everything inside it worked perfectly the whole time! We drove the RV up to Sedona, Meteor Crater, and the Grand Canyon. I’ve never experienced so much constant wind as at Meteor Crater (30+ mph, with gusts up to 43 mph at the RV park where we stayed overnight). Then it snowed at the Grand Canyon and we got stuck for an hour and a half on the highway due to a shutdown from an accident. We were warm and comfortable our entire trip. (Ha! We came to AZ thinking it would be warm and caught the one week of winter.) The master bed was comfortable even for a 6’2” tall man (a tad short but still slept well with the slides out). Plenty of space for two medium built teenage boys. We would definitely rent from them again!!

Grill did not function
No coffee maker.
Bed was six inches too short I am six one
Kitchen supplies inadequate. Pan was big enough to fry one egg
Generator would start and die took about three tries for it to remain running
Bike rack clip to strap down a forth bike was missing.
