Tony and Ricky were great to work with. Always answered right away when we had questions. The RV was awesome! I would love to rent again from them!

I would not rent from this couple ever again and would advise that you don't as well. During our trip to Zion and Bryce, the A/C stopped working on their RV. We tried to contact them and could not get hold of them for a couple of days. The fuse kept 'tripping' on the A/C. In protection of their RV, we chose not to keep resetting it as the fuse smelled like it was burning and it was hot to the touch. When we returned the RV at the end of the trip, we asked for a partial reimbursement for our suffering (it was 110 degrees that week in Zion). Ricki offered us only $350 (that equals 1 day and 1/2 of use of their RV, even though the issue lasted for 4-5 days). I tried to compromise and ask for $100 more (totally $450) which would have been a full 2 days of rental or about 1/2 of the time we suffered for. They refused to come up to the $450.00 and insinuated that we had made up the claim of the A/C not working stating they could not replicate the problem. I assure you, the claim was not made up as 4 adults on our trip can attest to the issue. In addition, Ricki told me that she herself had problems with the fuse and A/C weeks earlier but would not admit this to outdoorsy. Overall, this was a terrible experience in renting their RV.

We loved the additional bunk beds in this RV. We had six full grown men in the RV for a weekend sporting event and we all slept comfortably. Toni and Ricki were super helpful and accommodating. The RV is new and worked really well for us.

Ricki and Tony were excellent hosts and so accommodating. The RV was spacious, clean, and drove like a dream (just as Tony promised!). We went all over southern Utah and got to see so many varied landscapes, it was just beautiful - Goblin Valley was a really special recommendation and a highlight. Thank you for a great week!

What a great trip! It was our first RV rental, and it set the new standard for road-tripping. The Chambers were amazing to work with. They were quick to respond to all our questions, and gave us great information. Their RV was in great condition. We had no issues throughout the trip. It was a great ride and comfortable camping. Thank you

Ricki was great. She answered all my "online" questions very quickly. The camper was clean and ready for us. Her parents walked us through how to operate vehicle day of pick up and were very helpful. Everything we needed was there in camper. We had to end our trip early due to an injury and Ricki and husband couldn't have been more helpful. I would rent again from them!

This was my/our first RV experience - we had two of their RVs (one for my wife and I, and one for my daughter & family). Ricki & Tony were very thorough prepping us on the RVs' workings.
With my daughter & son-in-law (with their 3 and 5 year old girls) being very concerned about COVID, the RV's proved to be great for minimizing exposure (sleeping, cooking, bathrooms etc. all 'in house' so to speak) and convenient for naps and family socializing on the road at various stops. Having the 3 & 5 year olds put some restrictions on our time on the road, but we still managed to see a lot. The RVs did a great job overall. We made it to parts of Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef and Bryce, leaving plenty to come back to, but taking many memories of family and places with us.

This was my/our first RV experience - we had two of their RVs (one for my wife and I, and one for my daughter & family). Ricki & Tony were very thorough prepping us on the RVs' workings, and even though we had some mechanical issues with the RVs while traveling, they were excellent at responding to texts and helped as much as they could have. Between my handyman abilities and their support, everything came out OK without having to call in the Outdoorsy cavalry.

The un-anticipated issues (sink drain pipe joint coming apart, magnetic sensor for the retractable step coming off) proved not to be unsurmountable and only made the journey more memorable. Ricky was great to work with. The RV was just as advertised, with only one thing missing, a frying pan.
It was a pleasure working with her and her family.

Ricki and her husband Tony were easy to deal with and very helpful in making sure we had a clean and reliable RV. We came back a couple days early and Ricki was there to make sure we were taken care of. Very friendly people. Would book with them again if I decided to take another trip. The RV was a life saver travelling with son and daughter-in-law and a 2 year old. Plenty of space for everyone to move about.

Our first RV experience...will not be using tents anymore! The owners were responsive and made sure to go over everything. The motor home was clean and had everything stocked to allow us to cook and have a good time.
