Booking was easy. Adam responded quickly and answered questions. Pick up and return of trailer was very easy.
Floor plan worked great for our family and we liked seeing the river out the back window.
Unfortunately we were unimpressed with the lack of cleanliness of this trailer in general. Window sills had a thick layer of dirt, the floor behind toilet was not clean… the shower could have been much cleaner, air vent in bathroom was dirty, silverware tray dirty, coffee mugs stained they looked like they were put away without a good wash, the upholstery had stains, light covers full of bugs etc. awning full of leaves and dirt.
Sewer hose was too short we had to borrow from relatives camping with us to be able to drain tanks. Propane tanks not topped off, first tank ran out day 2.
I’m thankful that I brought our own cleaning supplies, to wipe things down. Our own bedding and kitchenware to use.
Really was disappointed especially when there’s a pandemic and cleaning is supposed to be a priority. Hopefully in the future more attention is given to the cleanliness of the trailer before the customer picks it up.

Adam called more than once before and leading up to the scheduled delivery date. He asked if I could meet him at the campground early because his truck was overdue and scheduled for servicing the same afternoon. He delivered the fifth wheel Thursday afternoon and seemed (flustered and in a hurry) like he may have a bit too much on his plate? Mentioned to me that he also setup the RV in the next spot over (apparently he has 4 RV's that he rents out) and he said he also owns a restaurant that was having issues that day? Quickly showed me basic use of canopy/awning, pumps, lighting, AC and the cheap Harbor Freight generators. One of the generators was having problems immediately- shutting off/not idling properly. No big deal, so I thought. This was the first issue of many. That evening, when settling in, I noticed the cheap window handle was rigged. Most likely was broken from the previous renter? The next morning, the cheap plastic handle for the screen/door broke. I had to remove the latch in order to get out the unit. Then realized there was no water - apparently in the setup rush, he forgot to fill the tank(s)? Thank goodness we were able to borrow a hose from another camper and reach the water source about 150 feet away in order to fill the tank. After the trip, I did a bit of research to find that this brand/model have several complaints with tank gauges, AC, roof, awnings etc. This all related to poor quality/craftmanship.

Continued to have issues with generator and unable to run AC consistently. I saw Adam briefly drive by us on Saturday as he was picking up the unit in the next RV spot. I assumed he would check on us to see how things were going since he was rushed on setup day and knew of the generator issue. I figured that would be a good time to show him the issue with door latch/window handle. He did not come over. Adam simply hooked up the other unit and left before I was able catch him (apparently, he was in a hurry again)? On Sunday, when he picked up the camper, Adam was an ASSHOLE, accusing me of breaking the window handle! Rather than ruin an otherwise nice weekend, I decided to leave and not argue with him. On Tuesday when I returned home, I tried to call him to discuss the issues we had and question extra charges he had deducted from my deposit. He did not answer my call, instead sent a text message accusing us of clogging the black tank and leaving the RV dirty. Impossible, since none of us put any solids in the toilet. The black tank was showing 3/4 full on day one. I assumed that the gauge was faulty and that there was no way he would have delivered it without pumping the tanks first. Looking back, since we did not have a full tank of fresh water to begin with, my guess is that the tanks were not emptied prior to delivery either? Also, if I had known I was expected to completely clean the RV before I left, I would have stayed at the local hotel. Very disappointed that I did not do a thorough inspection and take photos/notes of the issues we had. Maybe the additional charges compensate for the poorly constructed RV.

My experience was quite good. The trailer was very nice and in full working condition. Trailer delivery and pickup was pretty much on time. The only thing you may need is additional serving utensils. Other than that, the trailer is stocked. Just bring food, clothes and outside equipment. I certainly recommend renting from Adam.

Nice RV. Adam delivered it for us and picked up right on time. Bedding was nice and clean. Everything worked great. All the basic amenities included which worked out well.

Adam was great to book through. He was very thorough in explaining all of the features of the trailer, and provided most everything we needed for our camping trip in terms of utensils and supplies. We had a mysterious leak that appeared and Adam came to our camp ground to help us identify where the water was coming from. The hot water heater connection had juggled loose during transit, so it was an easy fix. We would definitely recommend renting through him!
