The first contact number was wrong.
The pin she sent me was wrong.
Pickup time was late due to repairs.
Wasnt given a walkthrough.
Coffee maker wasnt secured properly and fell off the counter and the pot broke.
Repaired the loose moulding on the left side.
Had the wrong key for the water fill door. Had to tape shut.
The awning had lots of water in it. The awning is deteriorated at both ends.
The trailer has major water damage to the floor at the entrance, kitchen and bedroom opposite the bath tub.
The hot water heater didnt work on propane. Have many witnesses on that one.
We got the water heater working on the electrical side by replacing a fuse.
Had problems with putting the slide in after my grandkids had slept in that place for 4 nights. Wasnt informed about the device to close the slide manually using a wrench or impact. Only had trouble the one time.
Couldnt get the black tank to drain. Decided to cut our vacation short and take the trailer home and made alternate plans with the grandkids.
Cleaned the trailer out. The black tank appeared to have had some feminine hygiene products in it, causing it not to drain.
Had my own inspection done.
