Very friendly. I had left my key for the reciever pin at home, in Kansas City, but Mr. Smith went over and beyond to switch the ball to another hitch for me. Mr. and Mrs. Smith were very accommodating with pick up and returning the camper.

Great experience for our first RV trip. It was as advertised and everything worked in the trailer. We had the trailer delivered and picked up since it was a local campground which was helpful. Owners were punctual and helped us learn abut the RV systems. Owners also dumped the tanks. Note that on their site it says dumping is free but it actually cost us $20. We were aware of this before the rental began. To pull the trailer with our vehicle we were told we needed electric brakes, which we didn't think we had, so we had the Owners deliver and pick up. I would recommend that you get a site with electric and water...sewer if possible, so that you don't have to be concerned about taking a real shower and the tanks filling up or fresh water emptying out The bed mattress was not very thick so I would bring a topper next time. We would rent from them again but would probably look for a larger trailer so we have more room.

Camper trailer was checking all the boxes, owners were very thorough in the walk thru and getting me oriented with the controls. They also gave me the blue tooth camera pkg to help with rear view when driving or backing it up alone. This is a great well-equipped and very clean unit and would recommend it to anybody with a vehicle that could pull it.

This was the first time we ever rented a camper and I must say it was an adventure! Talesia was great to work with. She answered all questions quickly and even though we were running late on meeting her, she still took it in stride and understood our situation which helped tremendously! Excellent communication skills! She kept me calm when I thought I was going crazy! I would definitely recommend this dynamic duo to anyone interested in a rental!
