Great communication with any questions or concerns during the booking/reservation process. Very responsive. Had a question about using the shower during our trip and received prompt reply. Very easy to work with.

Kim & Loy were new to Outdoorsy and we were the first to rent their Casita. Never met Kim, but she responded to messages. Loy was there when we picked the trailer up. Loy was nice, but we felt rushed to hook up and go. Fortunately, we had just rented another Casita and were fairly familiar with it, although there were differences. So, we did have a more difficult time setting up this trailer than the previous. We did enjoy the trailer and are considering buying a new one just like it. That was the reason we rented it.
