Lauren and Eddie are nice and friendly people, who can react very spontaneously. The communication with Lauren was fine. They made it possible for us to book their RV within a day.
Unfortunately the Camper was not in a very good condition. The second battery and the generator did´nt work so there was no heating while stopping on the side of the road for a break unless we let the motor run. The refrigerator door was loose ( which we did not know) so while driving the food fell out of the fridge. Eddie had told us that they did not have time to clean the car before we got there , but you could tell it had´nt had a clean up in a long time. All the compartments, the bed and the other amenities were dirty. Plastic dishes and stained blankets did´nt help to make things better. In the end we booked a motel room every night on our trip and I have to say, considering the condition of the camper, it is definitely overpriced!

This is a decent RV but it needs some TLC. When I pointed out missing door panels and exterior covers I was informed they just hadn't got around to installing them. When I pointed out broken or missing latches I was told they didn't know what I was talking about. Also, the owners need to provide a detailed instruction sheet. There were absolutely no instructions for anything other than a quick ten minute walk around when we picked up the unit. Everything else we were on our own to figure it out. The provided linens were a joke for the price charged … no hot mits (we bought our own at a Kmart … no hand towels or wash cloths. The dishes were less than adequate -- only Styrofoam cups, two ceramic plates, and a very mis matched set of a few forks, spoons, and knives. We also bought a tea kettle, coffee cups, and plastic wine glasses to supplement what was provided -- and we left it all for the owners.For the overall daily price I would expect a very nice set of dishes and drinking cups, dining ware, and pots and pans. I requested a price adjustment and was declined. I am not writing this out of spite -- just want prospective renters to know what to expect. Also, perhaps the owners will step it up.

Lauren and Eddy were great and very communicative. This was the first time we stayed in an RV and they explained everything and were very accommodating. Would consider renting again for them.

Lauren was a wonderful person to deal with and someone you can count on. Very easy to get a long with and I will look forward to renting from her again. You are never sure in these situations who you are renting from and what the person will be like. She is A+ and anyone should feel totally comfortable working with her. Recommended and will do it again.
