Amj is the best, and I can’t thank him enough for all his help before and during the trip. Harvey is wonderful and was just the right size for us.

Ami was very responsive and helpful He was quick to respond to our questions, which was a relief since it was our first RV trip. Harvey is well taken care of, runs well, and very clean.

We had a wonderful trip with Harvey the RV. Ami was very communicative about his policies and recommendations. He takes excellent care of his RV and it shows. Ami pointed us to a video he created about the operation of Harvey, and there are a number of extra features that Ami has added that were nice. Harvey was very clean when we picked the RV up and Ami pointed out a minor side-view mirror issue that had occurred with the previous renter - Ami had a temporary fix and wanted to be sure we were aware of it so we would be safe. We had one mishap that resulted in some broken glassware and notified Ami immediately so he could get replacements before Harvey's next trip. The charges against our deposit were fair and Ami let us know in advance what the cost would be.

Ami is fair, diligent and thorough. He communicates very well. He has very high attention to detail. This means that everything in the RV works as advertised, and he provides a detailed one hour video that explains how to operate the various systems work. He is quite conscientious, and we appreciated his approach.
Renters should be aware that Ami does have a couple of restrictions that go beyond the norm (he asks renters to stay under 300 miles travel every day, and to only use campsites with full hookups) - but he communicates these upfront clearly so there should be no surprise (the vehicle has GPS enabling him to track its location, and the vehicle emails him if it is left idling - so I would not recommend any renter fail to be open about how they plan to use the vehicle).
We will rent again from Ami next time we are looking for an RV vacation.

As first-time RV'ers, we couldn't have asked for a better person than Ami to guide us through the process. Ami's communication is top-notch, and he's very knowledgeable. He took the time to address all of our questions, and he even stayed available to us while we were away if anything came up. During this pandemic, it was important to us to rent a clean, disinfected vehicle, and Ami takes the cleaning process very seriously. We look forward to renting Harvey again in the future!

Both Ami and Harvey were great! Ami was super informative, responsive, and very helpful describing everything we needed to know about Harvey. The RV was very clean, organized, and everything that was noted in the listing. The YouTube video Ami created was also great as well. This was our family's first RV trip, and our family couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Ami and Harvey!

We had the best experience renting Harvey! Ami was communicative, prompt, and professional. He sent us a video ahead of time, walked us through all technical requirements, and all amenities. It is very clear that Ami cares for Harvey. He has made a ton of improvements and accommodations to things like the sound system, suspension, and everything you need for a comfortable trip. Ami definitely wants his renters to have the most memorable and smooth experience possible. We even had a change of plans and slight damage issue and Ami was reasonable and totally pleasant to work with through these wrinkles. We would rent Harvey again, no doubt.

We had a great experience with Harvey the RV and his owner Ami. Great communications throughout the process and Ami always went above and beyond to explain every detail and question we had. We also found Harvey to be easy and smooth to drive whether on the freeway or down smaller country roads, from RV parks to state camp grounds - easy peasy.

Ami was awesome. Honest and easy going, very accommodating. We will rent from him again. Harvey is a great RV and had everything we needed for three people and a black lab.
