RV is in need of repair. A lot of exterior damage. The kitchen sink backed up and it became apparent the grey water system was not working. We were not able to use sink during trip. One grey water valve would not work at all. Then when I went to flush tanks the water hose broke and water filter fell apart. They did not meet me when scheduled to return RV and didn’t answer voicemails or texts. Had to leave keys and RV at lot. As an experienced fifth wheel owner I know what i am talking about. They need to take it off the site until issues resolved.

Ms Brenda, we sincerely apologize if the fifth wheel was not accommodating or to your standards for your trip. As we all know, we cannot control when maintenance will be needed or when something will need to be replaced until it happens. When I passed it off to you, it had come from another renter who reported no problems of which you are listing, otherwise they would have been addressed and resolved. Wear and tear on the exterior is going occur over time as well, a few cosmetic discrepancies do not affect the everything does in fact work properly.

Owners were communicative, attentive, patient, and understanding. If we travel to the area again we will happily rent from them again.

Ricardo was very easy to work with and readily available with any questions we had. The camper was as advertised; clean and has ample storage space. We enjoyed our time with the camper. My family and I would highly recommend renting this camper again.

We really enjoyed our camping trip in Ricardo's RV. It was just as described and it worked very well for our needs. Ricardo was extremely helpful and kept us informed through the whole trip. We plan to return in the fall and will definitely consider this RV again.

The extra space in the master bedroom with lots of closet space made a great difference in my experience. Having 1.5 bathrooms and doors to both bedrooms were also selling points.
