Our recent RV rental from Ace RV Rentals was for our first summer road trip with our three granddaughters, so we wanted everything to go smoothly—and Ace exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They took the time to help us select the ideal RV for our trip and even welcomed me back twice before our departure so I could tour the RV and become familiar with its features. Great first time experience. We will rent again. Took a 7900+ mile trip across the US visited 27 states. So this wasn’t a weekend getaway or a one week vacation, this was a big trip and everything was great. As with all trips of this magnitude there were small hiccups but Ace stood behind their product and supported us completely. They really made it easy and made the process pleasant. They thought of the things that are easily missed and the videos were great and it made the walk through great. Thank you for making our experience great.
