Our experience with Ariescape Motorhome Hire in Loanhead was excellent! The easy process and outstanding communication with Michal made the entire experience stress-free. Michal was extremely helpful and patiently answered our questions before and during the trip. The motorhome we rented was very well-equipped and in excellent condition. We felt comfortable and secure right from the start. The instructions for using the vehicle were thorough, enabling us to smoothly begin our week-long journey through Scotland. Our route took us through picturesque places like Pitlochry, Fort William, Oban, and Sterling. The recommendations and arrangements made by Ariescape Motorhome Hire proved to be perfect for both beginners and experienced travelers alike. Exploring Scotland by motorhome was fantastic! We wholeheartedly recommend their services and would love to come back to them for future adventures.

The van was excellent. Michael, the host, gave wonderful guidance and instructions. We took the van throughout Skye. Be cautious about how narrow some of the roads become but that would be the case with any larger van.

Michal is a pleasure to deal with! And would instantly answer your emails at any time and any hour, which makes things really easy in case of an emergency. RV was spotless on pick up, RV worked flawlessly throughout our trip and had all the ammendities needed to camp throughout Scotland! A big bonus is the unlimited intranet and mileage! The motorhome was also very good on diesel!!!

Michał & The Team were a real pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent. The motorhome was fantastic. Well equipped with quality cookware. Drove like a dream. Terrible experience and horrible customer service from Ariescape Motorhome. Extremely rude and unhelpful owner. Was charged multiple times for linens, towels and extra drivers. I have been trying to get a refund but owner of Ariescape will not respond to myself or Outdoorsy. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with Ariescape.

We take all reviews very seriously especially when we are rather new business and every review matters and gives us opportunity to improve.There have been extra charges applied for additional driver and linen, as well as - hear this - petrol refilled instead of diesel despite numerous instructions at handing over what type of fuel goes into the motorhome. They stated initially that only few litres added and then appeared that over half of tank was filled. Good for them they recognised on time and let us know immediately so £75k motorhome was safe and ,,extremely rude and unhelpful owner'' provided breakdown assistance within 10 minutes since their call and waited for 6 hours for them to arrive once fixed out of hours on Saturday - not to mention new rental approaching and Valeter had to be sent away. We charged minimum for late return and incurred financial loss on top.
