Fantastic Experience all around with Class A. This was our very first RV experience. The unit was practically brand new - everything worked perfect - Lynn gave us a complete tutorial before we left and was instantly available when I got stumped once with a technical question on the road.
They really are a CLASS A outfit.
Will definitely be back.

We had an awesome experience when making the reservation and also the professionalism of the staff and customer service throughout. Our only issue was with the Fifth Wheel itself. It was 100 degrees and one of the AC units did not work. Again Class A sent staff out to look at it and when it could not be fixed, they were nice enough to put in temporary unit which worked ok but was inconvenient and bulky in the small space. Also, the RV smelled awful from day one and the smell was coming out of the master closet. We did not use the toilets for "business" only #1 so it should not have smelled like it did. We made due with lots of air freshener and well, after a while, you just get used to it. I would have given 5 stars it just that the unit did not warrant the price we paid for it. I would use Class A again for the service, I would just not rent this particular 5th Wheel.

Such a lovely experience from start to finish. The RV was as advertised if not better, housekeeping kit was on point & pickup/delivery was seamless. I would ONLY rent from Class A in future.
