We have been in the camper rental business for over 12 years! Whew, it's been great making dream vacations for wonderful renters! The lack of concern when we reported ants in the unit was one reason for the rating. When I called and asked about the coffee maker, the rep that answered the phone said she knew we didn't have one because the cleaning lady had broken the one in the unit. She also said she was delivering another unit at that time and could drop by to give us another one. I told her I didn't want her to go out of her way and she said it would be out of her way to do so; it was not worth the headache to cause her to bring us another coffee pot. If it was known that the pot was broken, I don't understand why it was not replaced before delivery. I also questioned why we didn't have a broom/mop to clean; it was stated that the "prep" fee was for cleaning. Perhaps it should have been noted on the invoice that it was a "cleaning fee". Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service.

We absolutely had the best time. The Dad's Camper team set the camper up, had the AC on and ready for us as soon as we got on site to the campground. They made camping easy for first timers. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Unfortunately, the camper we rented was dirty when we arrived. I swept up a rather large pile of dirt. One side of the shower door was off track, therefore it wouldn't shut properly. Water leaked on the floor from the back of the toilet. We found a big screw on the floor that came from one of the door hinges. Coffee pot was dirty. The camper has pots, pans and flatware, but they don't provide cups or plates/bowls, which is odd. I was informed prior to our arrival, they didn't have these items, so we bought paper plates. I really don't like to give negative reviews, but I feel it's important for the owners to know this. We loved the campground.
